Vicky Buser
Strategy and Research
Vicky is an expert in information architecture (IA), user experience (UX), and content strategy. She has spent over 25 years organising content and data to support user needs, including for large complex projects at the BBC, GOV.UK and The University of Oxford. Her role is to champion the needs of your users whilst balancing them with the needs of your organisation to make sure we deliver the right things for the right reasons across all our projects. She runs all our user research activities, using the insights to create user-friendly outcomes that work for everyone.
Sheree Houseman
Digital
Responsible for our technical delivery, hosting and website maintenance, Sheree specialises in WordPress development. She built MeThree’s own WordPress theme, a sustainable and lightweight solution tailored to clients’ specific needs, creating low-carbon, accessible websites. With a background in design, she still uses her keen eye to make websites pixel-perfect. Sheree firmly believes that an exceptional website is not just about aesthetic appeal; it should also be intuitive and inclusive for everyone who uses it.
Tom Bevan
Design and Production
With a background as a designer and project manager, Tom has a dual role of overseeing all of the work that runs through the studio as well as leading the creative direction of our key projects. He has years of experience creating and delivering logos, visual identities, animations and websites.
Millie Baker
Design, illustration, animation
Our design specialist who brings creativity and flair to all of the projects that she works on, Millie is a graphic designer, illustrator and web designer, with a focus on creating accessible and sustainable designs that work for all users.
